Walter, known by family and friends as Ken, is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Carol Moseley and his three children Danny Moseley, Wanda Harris, and Carl Moseley. Ken is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren along with three sisters, two brothers, and extended family.

Ken was born and raised in South Carolina until he moved to Oregon where he met and married the love of his life Carol Flipse.  Together they settled down in Roseburg to raise their family. Ken worked for Southern Pacific Railroad for 40 years until retiring in 1999 to enjoy traveling and spending time with the family he cherished.

Ken was loved and adored by his family and his loss will be greatly felt until the day we are all reunited.
