Vincent C. Pulver, age 76, of Winston, Oregon, passed away on Dec. 1, 2022, in Roseburg, Oregon. He was born on Dec. 24, 1945, in Plattsburgh, New York to Elton and Jessie Pulver. Vincent was a jack of all trades constantly keeping busy by working on cars, fixing things around the house, hunting and fishing with his family.

Vince is proceeded in death by son, Jason Pulver, his sister, Marv Waggoner and brother, Donald Pulver.

He is survived by his wife Donna Pulver, children Vincent T. Pulver, Eric A. Pulver, Darrin Pulver, Amanda S. Mosley, Lacy Longbreak, step-children Faith Lea Bronson and Shawn Marie Sheler. Brothers Rayond Pulver, Jay Pulver, Eugene Pulver, sister Sue Blackenship, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held for Vincent on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Taylor's Family Chapel in Winston, Oregon. Funeral services will be held at his home church, Dillard Church of God on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022, at 1:30 p.m.
