Vicki Ann Highland, age 62, of Roseburg, Oregon passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at her home in Roseburg.  Vicki was born on January 17, 1957 to parents Albert Victor and Marie Cora (Hendricks) Griffin in La Grande, Oregon.   After graduating high school in La Grande, Vicki moved to Washington.   In 1984, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Kerry Vaughn Highland.  The two had four children Kerry Highland, Robert Highland, Wendy Highland, and Kevin Highland.  Vicki was a stay at home mom and raised her children, she enjoyed all things related to family and making their house a home.  Vicki was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Marie and her loving husband Kerry.  She is survived by her four children, Kerry Highland, Robert Highland, Wendy Highland, Kevin Highland and his wife Sherene; grandchildren Allen Highland-Stewart, Dale McAlpin, Desiree McAlpin, Harley Leroue, Andrew Highland, AmeliaRose Highland, and Oliver Highland.  Vicki enjoyed many things, including music by Elvis and Celine Dion, her greatest love and hobby was sewing.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 1:00 pm at The Church on The Rise in Roseburg, Oregon located at 3500 NE Diamond Lake Blvd., Roseburg, OR 97470.  She will be laid to rest with her husband in Washington at Miller's Woodlawn Cemetery.
