Tommy Allen Scevers, age 76, of Eugene, Oregon, passed away August 18th , 2026. Born September 18th , 1949, to Thermon & Violet (Nolan) Scevers in Roseburg, OR. He had 6 brothers and sisters. He worked in the steel industry for almost 50 years before retiring from Farwest Steel in Moses Lake Washington in 2016. He was a dedicated Husband, Father, and Grandfather. He is survived by his children, daughter Misty Bettis (Steve) of Bend, OR, and his son Troy Scevers of Klamath Falls, OR. Grandchildren Emily, Grace, Connor, Chloe, and Sophie, all from Oregon. Siblings Thermon Scevers Jr. (Donita) of Christmas Valley, OR, Earlene Wallace (Jonathan) of Keller, TX, Sharon Walston (Jim) of Mena, AR, Lester Scevers (Marsha) of Ferndale, WA, Darrell Scevers (Rae Ann) of Yoncalla, OR and Kasandra Henry (David) of Boise, ID, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Scevers, father Thermon Scevers and mother Violet Scevers. Memorial Service to be held at The Father's House, 376 E. Second Ave., Sutherlin, OR on Friday, August 28 th @ 1PM. He never met a stranger; loved hot rods, country music, and his Lord and Savior.
