Peggy Jean Nickson, 79, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2010. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend, Peggy was born on April 25, 1930 in Jerome, Arizona. She was preceded in death by Darrell, her beloved husband of 62 years. Survivors include her son Skip and wife Marilyn, daughter Aileen and husband Bob, daughter Janice and daughter Toni; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Callahan Court for their kind and compassionate care. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m at Taylor's Family Chapel in Winston. Johanna Joyner will officiate. Interment will be at the Wilbur Cemetery .
