Paul Leonard Woodson, age 67, of Myrtle Creek, Oregon passed away on January 14,

2017 in Roseburg, Oregon. He was born on September 7, 1949 in Lodi, California to

Lowell and Dorothy Woodson. Being the youngest of six children, Paul got to spend a

lot of time with his mother and father and enjoyed the many fishing and camping trips

they took together.

Paul attended Houston Elementary School in Acampo, California. He graduated from

Lodi High School and continued his education at Delta College in Stockon, California.

Paul worked many years for Valley Towright in Lodi, California where he made car and

trailer hitches.

In 2004 Paul moved to Myrtle Creek, Oregon to be closer to his sister Lawana Fields.

Paul is survived by his son, Kermit Lowell Woodson and wife Samantha of Amarillo,

Texas; brother Jimmy Scharbrough; sisters Vel Headley and Lawana Fields;

granddaughter Kenzie Woodson and many nieces and nephews.

Preceeding Paul in death were his parents Lowell and Dorothy Woodson; brothers

Robert Scharbrough and Ray Scharbrough.

A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1:00 PM, at Taylor's

Family Chapel, 245 SW Main Street, Winston, Oregon with Curtis Fields

officiating.
