Laura Frances (Dutchie) Booth was born June 1, 1926, in Gerster, MO, to Linnie and Frank Strahan. She passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Winston, OR, on Friday, October 30, 2026 at the age of 100.

Laura married Frank Booth on November 1, 1942. They moved to Coquille, OR, in 1967, and she lived there until April 2026. Dutchie and Frank had three children. Floretta (Larry) Barlow, Jim (Lucy) Booth, and Debbie (Buck) Lyons. Dutchie had nine grandchildren: Laura Martinson, Joe and Jean Barlow, Keri and Joe Winn, Tanya and Scott Allen, Leanna and Gerry Davison. She had numerous great grand children and two great, great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held for her on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Pioneer Faith Church, 180 Baxter Street, Coquille, OR.
