Larry Dale Lockwood

Of Roseburg, OR went home to be with Jesus peacefully at the age of 83, Sept. 15, 2016.

Born Sept. 11, 1933 to Lawrence Dee Lockwood and Anna Elizabeth (Sibold) Lockwood.

Raised in Tenmile among numerous cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles. He worked with his dad in the woods until he retired only to find may great projects to spend time on. He loved his family, old cars and making his hands do what his mind saw.

Survived by wife Betty Lockwood, son Jimmy and Vicki Lockwood, Jeannie and Michael Stubblefield and Julie and Darrell Mitchell. 6 grandchildren - Jesse Lockwood, Summer and Zane McCourtney, Kashmere Stubblefield, Kamber Stubblefield and Michelle Mitchell. He was preceded in death by grandson Aaron Lockwood. Larry had 12 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at New Hope Church (church with the blue roof) between Winston and Green, Friday, Oct, 14, 2016 at 2:00 pm
