Kevin Collins, Age 49, of Roseburg, OR, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2014. He was born on June 16, 1964, in Larame, WY, to Tim and Jackie Collins. Kevin was the Certified Athletic Trainer for the last 24 years at Roseburg High School. A graduate with his Masters Degree from The University of Oregon, also attending The University of Wyoming and Northwest College in Powell, WY. Moving to the Pacific Northwest in 1990 he made his home here. Kevin a member of NATA since the beginning of his career in Athletic Training. He loved his family and his three labs. Some of his hobbies included collecting and shooting guns and reloading. Kevin is survived by his wife, Kathy Collins; daughter, Michelle Forte, of Roseburg; parents, Tim and Jackie Collins, of Wyoming; sister, Jill Collins, Wyoming; and Jayson Forte' and Adley Forte', of Roseburg. A Celebration of Kevin's life will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at the Douglas County Fairgrounds at 4:30 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to US Bank acct # 153666128275.
