Joyce Darlene Pickett, 87, passed away peacefully on Sept. 19, 2026, at home in Roseburg, Oregon, surrounded by loved ones. Joyce was born on Jan. 1, 1939, in Perham, Minnesota, to Herb and Margaret Stenberg and was the oldest of three children.

Joyce is survived by three children Ruth Kobel, Michael Pickett, and Patricia Wilcox, 11 grandchildren, and brother Ralph Stenberg. She was preceded in death by her husband Cyril Dennis Pickett, partner Clarence ‘Whitey’ Kelm, daughter Sue Trusty, son Dennis Pickett, and sister Ruth Stenberg.

She had a love for playing music, doing crafts, and spending time with her family. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother and is deeply missed.
