James (Big Jim) Raymond Bellinger was born on November 17, 1961 in Woodland, CA to Raymond Bellinger and Sonja Bellinger (deceased). He was the second born son and brother to Kenny, Tim , David (OR) and Kandy (WA).

James was known by many as Uncle Jim, Big Jim, Jimmy, and Grandpa Jim. He was a very kind hearted, friendly, and outgoing man and was always willing to give a helping hand. He had many stories and was a true story teller. He loved to spend time with his children and help take care of his grandchildren.

In 1980, James married his high school sweetheart, Juanita, and fathered four children; Sonja (GA), Jamie (OR), Michelle and David (CA). He has sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Later in life, James met his second wife, Julie and were married in 1996. He fathered two children with Julie; Shayla (PA) and Travis (OR). James and Julie were married for seventeen wonderful years before he was widowed in 2014.

James finally got to live out his dream of being a real cowboy and living on a ranch taking care of horses.
