On December 8 2013 Glen (Fuzzy) Galla Crossed the Great Divide as he liked to say. Fuzzy was born March 13, 1929 to Emil and Hazel Galla in Roseburg, Oregon. He grew up in Melrose raising chickens, turkeys and sheep. Fuzzy loved the outdoors, he was a avid hunter from a early age putting meat on the table for the family. He proudly served 4 yrs in the Navy during the Korean war on the USS Namasket running the Engine room. In 1955 he married Leta Reed and had two daughters Marilyn and Susan. Fuzzy was a Timber Faller for Roseburg Lumber and Sun Studs.He led a full life with many adventures in the outdoors. He was well read , full of trivia, extremely generous and usually right about everything! He touched so many lives by looking on the bright side and greeting each day with a smile. He loved his family and we loved him. He is survived by daughters Marilyn Galla and Susan Levenhagen. Grandchildren Chelsie, Justin, Brian , Janice, John and Mark, Angie, Dave and Jenny. Great grandchildren Nathan, Kaitlin,Cameron, Brenden, Keaton, Connor, Greyson, Liam, Kira, Vanessa and Audrey.
