Dale went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 28, 2017. He was 60 years old. Dale was born on April 29, 1956, in Moses Lake, WA.

Dale was preceded in death by his son, Kyle Thomas Matsen; his mother, Marion Jeffers; and many other loved ones. Dale is survived by his best friend, and love of his life, his wife of 29 years, Diana Matsen; son, Kaleb Matsen and his wife Kristy Matsen; as well as his grandsons, Noah and Liam Matsen. Dale is also survived by his three daughters, Jessica, Amanda, Cassie and their children; a brother, Jerry; sister, Sheryl; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Dale's Life will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at 1 p.m. at 1643 S.E. Jackson St. Roseburg, OR, at the Faith Family Fellowship. In lieu of flowers, donations for final funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated by Dale's loved ones.
