Connie Bayless, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the age of 71. Connie was born Connie Potter to the late Harold and the late Elizabeth (Teller) Potter. She was born on May 31, 1948 in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Connie has seven brothers and sisters. The family moved to Roseburg where Connie attended and graduated from Roseburg High School in 1966. Connie was married to Kent Bayless in 1967. Connie and Kent had three children, Kymberley, Katrina, and Kelly. Connie spent her life in the Glide and Roseburg area. Connie was a homemaker for a majority of her adult life, but she also attended bar and worked other various odd jobs. Connie loved collecting things and doing crafts, but she also liked doing her Thomas Kincaid puzzle and watching her favorite TV shows and going to lunch with best friend Lee Potter.

Connie passed in her home on January 4, 2020 with her son at her side. She will be laid to rest in her family's cemetery in Coles Valley. She is survived by her three children, five grandchildren, and her seven brothers and sisters, Joe, Peggy, Jack, John, Jess, Dolly, and Tammie.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Joe and Lee Potters home, 8730 Old Hwy 99 N, Roseburg, OR 97470.
