Billie Jean Powell, 92, passed away peacefully at her home in Riddle, Oregon on January 31, 2024. Jean was a wonderful mother, grandmother and a great grandmother. She will be forever loved and remembered.

Jean was predeceased by her husband Bill and her daughter Marlee. She is survived by her daughter Gaylen Morris (Michael), Grandson Brandon Morris (Kyla) and his two children Jade and Jacob. Grandson Brad Newton and his son Jax Brionna Brouhard and her son London.
