Bernard 'Bernie' J. Blue, Jr. passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the age of 52. He was born on February 12, 1960 in White Earth, Minnesota to parents Bernard and Jeanette Blue, stepfather John O' Bannon. He was preceded in death by his father Bernard Sr. Bernie is survived by his loving wife Sandra, son Troy and his wife Kandice and their son Thomas Blue, of Roseburg and son Michael and his wife Elizabeth and their children Matthew and Sky Blue of Florida, his mother Jeanette (Corky) O' Bannon of Winston; brother James Blue of McMinnville; sister Toni Blue of Snoqualmie, Washington. Also several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles in Minnesota. Bernie worked many years as manager of Oregon Tool and Supply. He graduated from Douglas High School in 1978. He enjoyed working in his shop and playing with his grandchildren. Bernie will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 10:00 am at Taylor's Family Chapel in Winston.
